The first Experience Studio was all about understanding people and seeing interactions from their point of view. Exercises in empathy and interviewing helped Studio C participants gain a more meaningful understanding of the unique people they serve and how to serve them better.

2. Understanding Systems
The second experience studio focused on understanding the structural and social systems at play in the social sector. Exercises focused on the different perspectives of social issues such as generational poverty, and Studio C participants achieved a more comprehensive understanding of why things are the way they are. Teams used their knowledge of systems to inspire innovative and creative solutions to problems.

The third experience studio, teams focused on diversity and understanding how personal experience might affect interactions with the people they serve. They broke down their problems to see all the ways that people are connected and how their experience can contribute to solving it. Participants learned about the possibilities in problem solving that come to light when we keep an open mind.

4. Exploring Variety
The fourth experience studio allowed Studio C participants to really dive into ideation sessions and explore the variety of creative solutions to their problem. Teams were encouraged to look at their problem from all angles and to uncover the divergent ideas that can only come from continuously revisiting the issue with a fresh perspective.

5. Making Prototypes
The fourth experience studio was all about building a prototype to test possible solutions to the problems that each team brought to Studio C. Teams took their most innovative ideas and tested them with real people at their organizations. After testing the prototype, teams came back together to think of ways to make their innovative solution even better.

The final experience studio focused on how Studio C participants could bring their innovative solution even further and implement it at their organization. Using everything they had learned in past studios and through their prototype, teams learned how to tell the story of their solution and all the ways it could help people.
